Tellurium Partners, PBC is an investment and project development group that specializes in creating valuable ecological resources and habitat mitigation from degraded lands. Our projects help solve natural resource compliance issues faced by those in real estate, infrastructure, energy, agriculture, and contamination, and environmental litigation. We bring financial resources from a variety of capital partners, and our team has deep experience in natural resource management and real estate.

Tellurium Partners’ mission is to restore and conserve wetlands and natural habitats, and to provide public agencies and private parties a method for complying with governmental requirements for the disturbance of ecological resources while making money for our investors.

We offer a TurnKey solution for a fixed price that takes all the guesswork out of creating a mitigation bank. We acquire, entitle, design, & construct wetlands and natural habitats to create mitigation credits on a fee basis for owners who may want to avoid ongoing consulting fees or who lack the technical expertise necessary to do those things themselves.

We acquire land or mitigation rights (with or without title transfer) for properties with impaired ecological systems, restore and conserve those systems using our own or partner capital, and sell mitigation credits to those in need. We assume the regulatory and performance-based risks, which means our client-partners are free to worry about their own business.
